We're hiring a UX/UI Designer!

ArcStone is seeking an experienced designer with web design skills to serve as a User Interface/User Experience Designer. The ideal candidate possesses strong creative concepting skills, is detail-oriented, and is confident translating a creative brief and documentation to sitemap and wireframes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of UI/UX experience in a digital and/or design agency
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
• Adept at developing web strategies, sitemaps, and wireframes
• Extensive skills in and control of the following applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, and sitemapping & wireframing tools
• Current with the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications
• General knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Comfortable presenting in a client setting
• Ability to work autonomously or in a collaborative office space

A typical day includes:

• Producing cutting edge UI designs
• Creating unique, intuitive and functional user interfaces
• Working through sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final graphics
• Following brand guidelines as well as creating new online brand guidelines and style sheets
• Reviewing site analytics to inform design/UX optimization
• Presenting creative concepts internally and to clients
• Collaborating with Creative Director, Project Manager, and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions, visuals, and experience

Compensation commensurate with experience. This is a full-time position.
