Together, they presented a 4-hour keynote on advancing online presence, enhancing your website, designing for UX and selling online through eCommerce platforms. ![IMG_20190118_081327975](https://320867.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/320867/hubfs/IMG_20190118_081327975.jpg?width=2043&name=IMG_20190118_081327975.jpg) The [NTPDA](http://www.ntpda.com/index.cfm) is a tight-knit group of parts dealers who work together to solve common challenges within their industry. Nick and Sydney were asked to join the event and help the NTPDA members identify their unique online marketing strategies as well as provide them with essential marketing tactics for finding and retaining new customers. ### **Highlights of the Event**   This event was truly a remarkable experience for the ArcStone duo. Some of the major highlights included being surrounded by successful, motivated, and fun individuals and sharing an amazing meal with all of the attendees. The food was definitely Sydney’s favorite part - aside from wearing heels for three days. Nick’s particularly favorite part of the trip was not only connecting with several association members but also drinking a hard to find beer: Yingling. Major kudos to Mobile, Alabama for hosting such a wonderful event! The trade show and conference event were filled with many NTPDA members and their partners as well as another incredibly dynamic keynote speaker, Karen McCullough. Her presentation “Going Beyond the Brand” focused on customer and employee engagement in conjunction with establishing a strong brand which was the perfect lead into Nick and Sydney’s presentation. ![20190118_123800](https://320867.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/320867/hubfs/20190118_123800.jpg?width=4032&name=20190118_123800.jpg)   #### This 4-hour keynote sparked several questions, some of the most common were: - How do you effectively and consistently drive traffic to your store? - How do you make your products highly visible in search engines? - How important is it to keep your website updated? - What is content marketing and how do you get started producing content? These were all excellent questions that Nick and Sydney were happy to answer. The two provided guidance and actionable steps to take for their audience.  These common questions help inform our team on what future crash course topics to cover.  ArcStone holds several crash courses a year on a variety of different topics.
