Desk Objects with Youa Vang

There are some people who never outgrow their childhood, and I am one of those. When Ghostbusters came out in 1984, it was the movie to see. It had humor, special effects, and best of all, the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. This guy seemed harmless and delicious, but he could wreak havoc through downtown when the occasion called for it. Dan Aykroyd created the character to show that "it seems harmless and puff and cute -- but given the right circumstances, everything can be turned back and become evil." And with a furrowing of his brows, Stay Puft did just so.

On my desk, this guys (technically a piggy bank) has a perma smile and can lift my mood when I am uninspired or just need a distraction from blogging. I just turn him around if I ever make any microwaved s'mores for a snack.
